Wood Care

All work is finished in several coats of Danish Oil unless requested or stated otherwise.
Danish oil penetrates and protects the wood for internal and external work, darkening the wood and bringing out the grain.
Generally there is no need for any particular 'care', but external pieces benefit from a yearly coat or 2 of Danish Oil to freshen up the finish and keep the wood fully protected.

Simply rub down the piece lightly with a high grit sandpaper to remove any bumps and dirt, then apply a coat of danish oil with a brush or rag. Simple!

If you are concerned or simply don't have the space and materials, then I can bring the piece back to life for a small fee of £5
